By using Kai, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 13+ (or the legal minimum age in your country).
2. Accounts
You can sign in with Email, Google, or Apple ID (platform-dependent).
You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and ensuring your account info is accurate.
3. Free & Premium
Free users get basic features.
Premium subscriptions unlock more features like unlimited classes and auto-renew unless canceled.
4. Payments
All payments and cancellations are handled through the App Store or Google Play.
Subscription fees follow the store’s policies and are generally non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with Kai
- Share your account
- Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer Kai content
- Use Kai unlawfully
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. AI Content
Kai generates lessons and feedback using AI.
AI outputs may not always be perfect.
7. Liability
Kai is provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for damages or service interruptions.
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $0 for free users).
8. Subscriptions and Billing
Payments and subscriptions for Kai are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by the platform where the purchase was made, in accordance with their terms and policies.
Kai does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google through your account settings or their support services.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or modify features.
Continuing to use Kai means you accept any changes.
